DETAIL is an internet based Action Tracking and Lessons Learned Management System that is in use across a number of operating companies in the Oil and Gas Industry.
DEATAIL provides a process for capturing and following-up events which have an impact on cost, time, health, safety and the environment. Each event can then be formally closed-out by a project manager and the learning points made available for all users to support them during their involvement in future projects.
DETAIL is specifically tailored to suit the requirements of the Drilling business but may also be customized to meet the needs of other stages in the Oil and Gas exploration and production process.
